Database Registration Form

UPDATING OF PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS DATABASE

Nquthu Municipality hereby invites interested service providers who wish to be registered in an accredited supplier's database to come and collect amended database application forms at the Municipal Offices during normal working hours.

Interested parties must meet the prescribed accreditation criterion and submit relevant and proper documents.

Suppliers who are already registered in the suppliers' database are also invited to collect these amended database forms.

No fees will be charged in respect of this, so the application forms are obtainable for free.

Only duly completed database forms will be processed and proper documentation submitted. No faxed database application forms will be accepted.
